Across three strategically designed days, statewide and national voices will examine what drives substance use, strengthen the ways we intervene-from reducing demand to disrupting the illicit drug supply-and redefine what recovery means beyond the individual. Through expert insight, lived experience, practical strategies, and cross-sector collaboration, attendees will explore how families, institutions, and entire communities can respond to the opioid epidemic and emerging polysubstance crisis, rebuild what has been affected, and move forward stronger together.
