Sara Carter serves as director of the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy, where she leads and coordinates the nation's drug -control strategy. A longtime investigative journalist, she brings extensive experience reporting on transnational criminal organizations, cartels, and drug-trafficking routes along the United States-Mexico border.
Cheri Oz serves as Assistant Administrator of the DEA's Diversion Control Division, helping protect the nation's controlled substance supply chain while preserving legitimate access to medications. Her law enforcement career began in 1996, and she joined the DEA in 2002, later serving in numerous leadership positions across the agency.
Major General Barrye L. Price, Ph.D., U.S. Army Retired, serves as President and CEO of CADCA. Following a distinguished, 31-year military career, he now leads one of the nation's premier organizations supporting community coalitions in preventing substance use and building safer, healthier communities. He also made history as the first African American to earn a doctorate in history from Texas A&M University.
